Penne al 'Arrabiatta

This recipe, isn't an antipasto like my previous post, the bruschetta.

Its a pasta with a tomato base, but its mix with chilli and onions to form its main base. This pasta is a bit different from most other pastas, as it is a spicy kind of pasta. It is usually served with penne or spaghetti, but differs with other likings

Its quite a simple, but not the simplest, pasta to make and to have as a meal. But since I like decorations for my food, I would put, maybe 1 or 2 fried English mushrooms or maybe even a garlic bread(this recipe, I most likely wouldn't put it up as its a secret...hehe) on the side. Roughly chopped parsley and sprinkled over the top is also another good way of 'colouring' your pasta.

But the recipe for this, I'm not gonna put up. This is because, to what i think, Malaysians prefer pasta which is creamy, because its rich in flavour and it usually fills you up till you're satisfied, but pastas like al' Arrabiatta, you have to know it to enjoy it because these kind of pasta are the 'original' kind that the italians eat.

Other examples also like, Ragu, aglio olio( i'll be posting this one soon), parmigiana and so much more.

But if you are not the average malaysian, and you want this recipe( and also because this blog isn't being visited a lot), i'll post this up upon request.

* I'll post the basics of pasta by this weekend.
