Bruschetta recipe

What is bruschetta? I'm quite sure that most of you might not know what bruschetta is.

Firstly, it is a very simple to do antipasto and, at first sight, people will think you are a real chef...lolz. This is very good trick for any party or dinner if you need something quick.

Recipe:
1 French loaf or Baguette, cut into 2cm slices(however much needed)
4 chopped Garlic cloves
3 diced Tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped Basil or Parsley( if basil is not available)
Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil-and a bit more...lolz

Instruction:
Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, basil, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste, and let it marinate.

Preheat your oven( or you can use your bread toaster) and lightly coat one side of the bread with some olive oil. Then place it on a baking sheet and toast it until it is slightly golden brown.

Spread the tomato mix over the oiled side of the bread, covering almost the whole surface area, and serve.

Optional:
Drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the bread just before serving.
